Added the item system!

Hello everybody! I've come up with another update for the game since I thought the powerup system was unreliable and too rng. So I added the "Mud Tablets"!. These tablets will appear once you make a certain score and will give you the choice to select an upgrade from 3 distinct choices. I'm planning to add more items but for now we have the boots, tougher string, sunflower oil and reinforcements! I hope this will make for a better playing experience overall and I can't wait to hear your guys opinions!

I'll try to add more interesting enemies in the next update to spice up the experience!
